Courses

  1. Cultivation of Service Etiquette: For high-end property management butlers, this includes personal appearance, demeanour, and etiquette.

  2. Skill Development in Service: Training in property service English, chauffeur services, showcasing model rooms, private banquet hall services, and event management services.

  3. Application of Service Design: Hands-on practice in fruit cutting and presentation, as well as proactive service techniques.

  4. Service Management and Control: Focus on butler communication and interaction, as well as maintaining customer relationships.

Tuition Fee

$1880 CAD for online courses with a total of 28 class hours.
